Introduction
Welcome to the Issue Disputes section of the RiskXchange platform. This section is dedicated to handling all Issue Disputes submitted by users. Here, you can submit and track disputes related to various issues affecting your company.
1. Overview
The Issue Disputes section provides an organized list of disputes, offering essential information about each dispute submitted by users. This information includes details about the company to which the user belongs, the specific issue, the associated hosts, the user who opened the dispute, the date the dispute was opened, and the current status of the dispute.
2. Issue Disputes List
Upon accessing the Issue Disputes section, you will find a list containing all the disputes submitted by users of your organization. Each dispute record displays the following information:
- Company: The name of the user's company to which the dispute is related.
- Issue: A brief description of the issue being disputed.
- Hosts: Information about the hosts affected by the issue.
- Opened By: The name of the user who opened the dispute.
- Opened: The date when the dispute was opened.
- Status: The current status of the dispute.
The Status field can have one of the following options:
- Accepted: This status indicates that the issue has been reviewed and accepted by RX. It also means that the score level will be restored accordingly.
- Pending: When the dispute is awaiting review and has not yet been processed.
- Processing: This status implies that the issue is currently under review.
- Declined: If the issue has been reviewed and rejected, it will be marked as declined.
3. Viewing Issue Details
For each dispute record listed in the Issue Disputes section, there is a View details option. Clicking on this option will expand the page and provide more detailed information about the particular dispute. The additional information includes:
- Submitter: The user who submitted the dispute.
-Issue: A comprehensive description of the issue in question.
-Notes Section: This is where additional notes or comments about the dispute may be provided.
- Status Change: In this section, you have the option to change the status of the dispute.
