How to track the progress and completion status of vendor questionnaires on the RiskXchange platform

  1. Login to the RiskXchange Platform
    Visit https://app.riskxchange.co and log in using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the "Vendors" or "Third Parties" Section. This depends on your account configuration, this might be labeled as Vendors, Third Parties, or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
  3. Select the Relevant Vendor

You'll see a list of all your vendors. Search or scroll to the one you're tracking.

 Tracking Questionnaire Progress

Once you've selected a vendor, click the questionnaire status, and associated details are typically presented in a dedicated section such as:

  1. Progress Indicator

Most questionnaires have:

  • A percentage progress bar showing completion status
  • A count of answered vs. total questions
       2.  Section-by-Section View

 

Some assessments may be broken into sections (e.g., Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, Compliance). You can expand each to see:

  • Number of answered questions per section
  • Any flagged answers or comments

 

Notifications and Reminders

  • Automated reminders are sent to vendors periodically before the due date.
  • You may receive alerts when a vendor submits or updates their questionnaire.
  • Check your notification center on the platform or configure alerts via your Account Settings > Notifications.

 

Downloading Reports

You can export questionnaire data (e.g., PDF or Excel format) from most vendor profiles:

  • Click on “Download” or “Export Report” (usually in the top-right of the vendor's questionnaire screen).
  • Select Questionnaire with Answers, Summary Report, or Audit Trail based on your needs.
