How to Raise an Issue Dispute
If you need to dispute an issue, we're here to help you resolve it as quickly and efficiently as possible. To get started, follow these steps to raise your issue dispute.
1. Navigate to the Risk Categories Section: select the category of the risk and click the name of the category.
2. Select the issue you want to dispute in the selected risk category and click View Details.
3. Scroll down the window with the issue details and click the Raise dispute button.
4. In the next step, you will be required to select affected hosts and describe the reason for the dispute.
5. Click the Submit button.
After submitting the issue dispute, the system will automatically alert the Customer Success and Operation Teams. We investigate every issue dispute very seriously, and this procedure may take some time. Once your issue dispute is resolved, you will receive an email to notify you about the resolution. The team may contact you directly to discuss the dispute if they have any questions or feedback.
