Step-by-Step Guide: Adding Vendors to Portfolios

  1. Access the RiskXchange Application, Log in to your RiskXchange account using your credentials. Ensure you have admin or contributor permissions.

  2. Navigate to the Portfolios Section From the menu sidebar, select the "Portfolios" option. This will take you to the Portfolios section of the application.

  3. Create a New Portfolio (Optional) If you haven't created a Portfolio yet, click on the "Create a Portfolio" button. This will initiate the process of creating a new portfolio. Provide a suitable name and any additional details required for the new portfolio.

  4. Select the portfolio to which you want to add companies. If you have just created a new portfolio, it will be automatically selected. Otherwise, click on the portfolio name to proceed.

  5. Add Companies to the Portfolio Within the selected group, locate the "+ Vendor" button. Click on it to proceed with adding vendors.

  6. Choose the Vendors to Add A dialogue box or search field will appear, allowing you to search for and select the companies you wish to add to the portfolio. You may be able to search by company name. Select the desired companies from the search results.

  7. Confirm the selected companies to ensure accuracy. Once you are satisfied, click on the "Submit" button to add the chosen companies to the portfolio.

  8. Verify the Addition After adding the vendors, you should see them listed within the selected portfolio. Take a moment to verify that the vendors have been added correctly and appear in the desired portfolio.

  9. Repeat for Additional Portfolios or vendors (If Necessary) If you need to add vendors to multiple portfolios or add more vendors to the same portfolio, repeat Steps 4 to 8 as required.
